What was the brief?
OMiP is a collection of media brands specialising in audio and video. They are the overriding shareholder site for the family of One Media sites. Their website incorporated all the collection of brands and they wanted to have their own independent website specifically for OMiP, whilst having their sub brands to have separate websites but to still be listed on what would be their new website.
What did Salamandra create?
Salamandra designed and developed OMiP’s website. Being a corporate company, the website had to be professional and slick to reflect the brand and the company, which is what was achieved. We created a contemporary and modern design for the website which would show to current customers and future clients that OMiP is a company that’s up-to-date and engaging with the latest trends, which is critical for any website to do. Salamandra was also tasked to create a graphic cover for the OMiP annual report, celebrating the collective of brands. It used a modern, stylish feel that reflected the website design, yet incorporated the individual feel of each of the individual brands and their website (which were also designed by Salamandra)
What was our favourite part?
Getting the chance to design a corporate website that still felt appealing to a serious market was something that we hadn’t done before so it was a good challenge for ourselves, and one that we very much enjoyed. Hearing the client’s positive feedback about the new website is always great to hear, but especially as we hadn’t designed a corporate website before it was great to get such positive feedback about the project.
