you wouldn't propose before the first date: building value & gaining HCP consent

You wouldn't ask someone to marry you before the first date: how to build high value relationships and capture HCP consent in a post-COVID world.

With every pharma company pivoting to remote customer engagement and seeking consent to do so, we are in danger of creating a flurry of rushed, low value communications that may well alienate our carefully won customer base. Whilst there is a pressing need to gain consent we still need a clear value proposition when we reach out to our customers, just because it is vital to us, does not make it important to them.

In this meeting we look at how we can better understand our customers, utilise alternative channels and create that high value relationships, how to think strategically about capturing consent and then act quickly once we have the right channels, value proposition, communications and assets in place.
